Novel Fujian H5N2 Sub-clade Emerges On Iowa Commercial Farms

APHIS has released a series of 8 sets of sequences from Iowa commercial farms from collections in April and May, 2015.  The seven most recent isolates, collected between April 25 and May 4 from 5 Iowa counties from chicken and turkey farms form a novel H5N2 sub-clade.
