niman Posted February 11, 2016 Report Share Posted February 11, 2016 (edited) The sequence from a microcephalic brain has 4 nonsynonymous changes, compared to the consensus sequence from recent isolates from Brazil, Suriname, Haiti, Puerto Rico,and Guatemala.
