(KWCH) The state's second Zika case has been confirmed.The Kansas Health Department says a second adult from northeast Kansas has the virus. The case was reported May 3.Doctors say the patient has a travel history to countries where the virus is spreading, and do not think the person contracted Zika while in Kansas.Zika can cause a birth defect that causes babies to be born with abnormally small heads.
