Mississippi Zika Cases Increase To 11

The Mississippi State Department of Health is reporting two new cases of the Zika virus.

This brings the total of Zika cases found in the state this year up to 11.

In both new cases, the patients had recently traveled to the Caribbean, according to the MSDH.

An Oktibbeha County resident had traveled to St. Lucia, and a resident of Neshoba County went to Jamaica.
