Zika Delaware Cases Increase To 12

Two new Zika cases have been confirmed in Delaware and state public health officials announced new transmission guidelines following the first reported case of female-to-male sexual transmission in New York. 

According to the Division of Public Health, a Sussex County woman and a New Castle County man tested positive for Zika, bringing Delaware's total number of cases into the double digits.
