Liaoning confirms 2 confirmed cases of imported pneumococcal infection

On January 22, in accordance with the "Pneumonitis Diagnosis and Treatment Program for New Coronavirus Infection" (trial version 2), the provincial expert group confirmed the second confirmed case of pneumonia in Liaoning. The patient, a 40-year-old man, worked in Xiantao City, Hubei Province. He returned to Fushun to visit relatives on January 13 and stopped at Wuhan Airport on the way to Shenyang for 2 hours. On January 14th, he successively visited the medical institution of Fushun City because of conscious body soreness. On January 19th, he received a fever clinic at a certain hospital in Shenyang City due to fever, cough and other symptoms, and was admitted to the hospital for isolation and treatment. At present, the patient's symptoms are mild, and 31 of his close contacts are under medical observation.

 

As of 14:00 on January 22, a total of 2 confirmed cases of pneumonia due to novel coronavirus infection have been confirmed in Liaoning Province.
