Wuhan Municipal Health and Health Commission issued a notice that at 12:00 on January 19th and at 24:00 on January 19th, one patient died without any discharged patients and new cases.

The deceased, Chen, male, 89 years old, developed symptoms on January 13, 2020, was admitted to the hospital for severe breathing difficulties on January 18, and died on January 19 at 23:39. Patients have basic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, and frequent ventricular premature beats.

As of 24:00 on January 19, Wuhan had reported 198 cases of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus infection, 25 patients had been discharged from hospital, and 4 died. Currently, 169 patients are still being treated in the hospital, of which 35 are critically ill and 9 are critically ill.
