Among them: Suihua City reports the first confirmed case, and Daqing City reports the first confirmed case. As of 24:00 on January 23, Heilongjiang Province had reported 4 confirmed cases of pneumonitis with new coronavirus infection, including: 1 in Harbin, 1 in Mudanjiang, 1 in Daqing, and 1 in Suihua. Suihua City confirmed the case.
