health alert is declared for one hundred and eighty (180) days
calendar, throughout the national territory, in the presence
highly pathogenic avian influenza subtyped as
Influenza A H5N1 in pelican (Pelecanus thagus);
That, with test report No. 202211067, of
dated November 28, 2022, the Unit of the Center for
SENASA's Animal Health Diagnosis, issues the
positive result for highly pathogenic avian influenza
in tracheal samples from a domestic rooster and duck
(backyard birds), found in the town of Gallito, district
of San José, province and department of Lambayeque,
with geographic coordinates Latitude -6.76343 and Longitude
-79.94907;
