It sounds like Ontario Canada has a potential 12 cases, in isolation, that are being tested, according to Ont Par on YouTube.

Henry, how'd they get a rapid response test developed so quickly? I thought patient 1 was reported on, or around 31 DEC 2019.

You mentioned that the Chicago Sequence "has mixed signals at multiple positions, including orf 8 mutation, signalling dual infections and more recombination".
So are you saying: The CDC claims no mutations in US sequences  in the face of evidence that both have mutation in orf 8?

I don't know what I'm looking at, but it is interesting to copy and paste the sequences into text-compare.com to see the highlighted differences between the sequences. Provides more grist for the Google mill.

No.The number of airline passengers linked to Wuhan who fly to the US is declining
