10th Japanese case, Wuhan related (12 days before symptoms) (Sent back home once)

Around 16 o'clock today (January 30), the Mie Prefectural Institute of Public Health reported a case of a new type of coronavirus-related infectious disease.
This patient was a resident of Mie Prefecture, and was reported to have reported his stay in Wuhan when he visited a medical institution on January 27.
It is the 10th case in Japan that the outbreak of patients with infectious diseases related to the new coronavirus was confirmed.
We will carry out proactive epidemiological investigations on this matter, including the identification of close contacts.

Outline
(1) Age: 50's
(2) Gender: Male
(3) Place of residence: Mie Prefecture
(4) Symptoms, course:
January 13, returning from Wuhan City. No symptoms at that time.
38 degrees fever on January 25-26.
Request for emergency on January 27. He was transported to a medical institution in Mie prefecture by ambulance and was examined. Rest at home without pneumonia by diagnostic imaging.
39 degrees fever on January 28.
On January 29, he returned to a medical institution. He was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia on imaging diagnosis.
(5) Action history:
Stayed in Wuhan City from December 24 to January 13.
