niman Posted February 29, 2016 Report Share Posted February 29, 2016 Zika Surveillance update as of February 29, 2016Two Travis County residents have tested positive for Zika virus. Both of these persons had exposure to infected mosquitos while in the country of Colombia. One is a male under the age of 50; the second is a female under the age of 50.Five Travis County residents, with travel histories to countries where Zika virus transmission is occuring, have tested negative for Zika virus.
