 An Iowa man who traveled to South America has tested positive for Zika virus.

The man, who is between the ages of 18 and 40, is the fourth person confirmed to have the mosquito-borne illness in the state, according to the Iowa Department of Public Health.

The state's first case of Zika virus, which was reported on Feb. 19, was contracted by a woman between 61 and 80 years of age with a history of travel to Central America. Two other cases also involved women who traveled to the Caribbean and South America. One of the women is between 41 and 60 years of age, while the other is between 61 and 80 years of age.
