Statement from Executive Director and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Larry Wolk on Zika virus in Colorado
 
DENVER – The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has confirmed two Colorado cases of Zika [Tweet this] in 2016. Both individuals had traveled to a Zika-affected country, and both have recovered. The cases were reported the week of Feb. 22. Colorado is likely to have more cases of Zika in the coming year. CDPHE will not provide information about specific cases.
