UK Variant COVID Sequence From South Australia

South Australia Pathology has released a UK variant sequence at GISAID.  The isolate,hCoV-19/Australia/SAP593/2020, follows the release of 2 similar sequences from Sidney.  The new location for the latest isolation increases the number of locations in the area to three.  In addition to the isolates in Sidney and South Australia, a sequence from Singapore has also been released  (although the Singapore sequence did not have the 3 amino acid deletion in the NSP 6 protein, which is present in both sets of variants (UK and South Africa).
