Virology Laboratory, Ospedali Riuniti, Ancona has released the full Spike gene sequence, Italy/77710AN/2020, (at GISAID - collected Dec 18 from 50M ) which matches the 10 mutations in the UK variant.  Media reports of a case in Loreto describe community transmission.
