Three UK COVID Variant Sequences From Ontario Canada Sans Third Deletion In S

Public Health Ontario Laboratory has released (at GISAID) 3 UK Variant COVID sequences from Ontario (Canada/ON-PHL-20-04108/2020, Canada/ON-PHL-20-04109/2020, Canada/ON-PHL-20-04116/2020) which were collected in Dec and have two of the three Spike gene deletions.

Canada/ON-PHL-20-04108/2020 55-59M UK variant with 2 AAs deleted in Spike protein, 3 AAs deleted in NSP6 and Q27 stop codon in NS8.
