The state Department of Public Health reported three new coronavirus cases — a significant rate decrease from the doubling of cases earlier this week. Six of the cases are now confirmed — an increase from one confirmed case on Tuesday — and 89 are presumptive positive cases. Out of the 95 cases in Massachusetts, 77 cases are connected to the Biogen employee meeting held in late February in Boston’s Seaport. Gov.
